v1.0 · ~5 MB1. Make sure you dragged Skopia to your Applications folder before launching — running directly from the disk image (.dmg) can cause issues.
2. Check System Settings → Privacy & Security → make sure Skopia is allowed to run.
3. If you see "Apple cannot check it for malicious software" — click Open Anyway in Privacy & Security. This is normal for apps distributed outside the App Store.
4. Still nothing? Email us and we'll sort it out.
Check your spam folder first — automated emails from payment processors sometimes land there.

This is a known limitation in v1.0 with certain full-screen apps. Try switching from "Subtle overlay" to Eye in Center mode — it uses a different rendering path that works more reliably in full-screen.
We're addressing this in a v1.x update. Let us know which app you're using and we'll keep you posted.
Click the Skopia icon in your menu bar → click Pause. Click it again to resume. The countdown will reset when you unpause.
Quit Skopia from the menu bar icon → right-click → Quit. Then drag Skopia from your Applications folder to the Trash. That's it — no background services, no hidden files to clean up.
